A Proposal Precheck is a fixed-price, fast-turnaround review of your draft federal proposal against the solicitation's instructions and evaluation criteria. You receive a prioritized list of compliance gaps and risk flags before you submit, typically within 48 to 72 hours.

How much does a proposal compliance review cost?

CIG's Precheck starts at $750 for a 48 to 72 hour review. Precheck+, which adds an evaluator-style written assessment, is $1,500 over 3 to 5 business days. Deeper support through a Micro Sprint starts at $3,500.

Does Proposal Precheck include proposal writing?

No. Proposal Precheck is an advisory review service. It does not include full proposal writing, price volume development, legal review, or submission support unless separately scoped in writing. If your review shows you need that level of support, we'll tell you and offer a clear next step.

How is this different from having a colleague review my proposal?

CIG's review methodology comes from people who sat on federal evaluation boards and scored proposals under FAR Part 15. We flag the issues that cause evaluators to mark a proposal non-responsive or rate it "Marginal," not just typos or formatting inconsistencies.

For draft proposals between 21 and 60 pages. Same deliverable structure as the Micro Sprint, scaled to a larger review scope: compliance matrix, evaluator findings summary, and enhancement action plan.

Turnaround: 3 business days

The $2,500 is a 50% deposit for your $5,000 Standard Sprint engagement. Your remaining $2,500 balance will be invoiced separately once your findings are delivered, due on delivery, not on a fixed schedule.
