Laurice Lockhart Sosa spent more than 19 years inside federal acquisition before co-founding CIG. Her most recent federal role was Director of the Program Services Division at HHS's Administration for Children and Families, a position that put her at the center of acquisition policy, workforce strategy, and procurement compliance for one of the federal government's largest human services agencies.

In that role, Laurice oversaw strategic workforce initiatives impacting program offices nationwide, led high-visibility process improvement efforts, and earned a reputation for translating complex regulatory requirements into operational systems that agencies could actually implement. She holds a Top Secret/SCI clearance and is FAC-C certified, credentials that reflect the level of access and accountability she operated under throughout her federal career.

At CIG, Laurice drives operational excellence. She leads strategic planning, internal program development, and client engagement quality, ensuring that what CIG promises in a diagnostic is what gets delivered in execution. She is the operational backbone of the firm's compliance-first standard.
